First Things First

People always ask me, “what’s the one thing I can do to get better?” I have several responses that I give depending on the person and my first impression of them. All of these are done daily. Indefinitely. Or until it becomes your normal and you add new things in. Do one, some or all.

  1. No White sugar.
  2. Exercise yourself.
  3. Drink way more water.
  4. Go to the bathroom. Move the bowels.
  5. Sleep.
  6. Other. Whatever makes you happy.
